1. About the service
Redo för Sverige is an independent learning and practice service. It is not operated by or officially affiliated with Migrationsverket, UHR or Lund University. The material supports preparation and does not guarantee a passing result.
2. Account and age
You must be at least 16 and use an accurate email address. Sign-in uses a secure email link. Anyone with access to your inbox may be able to access the account, so you are responsible for protecting your email account.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for your own learning, complete exercises, listen to audio, save progress and export your own data where the function is available.
4. Prohibited use
- Scrape, copy in bulk or republish the service’s original questions, explanations, audio or design.
- Use bots, create accounts in bulk or bypass access controls.
- Disrupt operations, attempt unauthorised access or use the service unlawfully.
- Upload material that infringes another person’s rights.
5. Prices and access
Planned regular pricing is Free, Start 500 kr, Ready 1,000 kr and Confident 2,000 kr. Regular paid tiers are one-time purchases. Verified Lund students may receive time-limited access for 100 kr, 200 kr or 400 kr after a free 30-day period with no payment card. The price and access period displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment govern the purchase.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory Swedish consumer law always applies. Before launch, checkout must state when digital content is supplied and collect any confirmations required for immediate delivery. A voluntary result guarantee must not be activated until its terms and handling of official test results have received legal review.
Draft: refund where the user has worked through at least 80% of the published question bank, completed at least three full simulations and can provide an official unsuccessful result. Evidence must be minimised, protected and deleted after handling.
7. Content and intellectual property
The service’s original questions, explanations, code, branding and design are protected by applicable rights. Public sources remain owned by their respective rights holders and are identified through citations. You retain rights in your own content while granting the limited rights needed to store and display it to you.
8. AI, translation and pronunciation
AI-generated explanations, translations, transcriptions and pronunciation feedback may contain errors. Pronunciation feedback focuses on recognised words and must not judge accent or personal worth. Always verify important information against the official source.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. We aim for stable operation, accessibility and current content but may need to modify or discontinue features. Material reductions in paid access must be handled under the contract and mandatory law.
10. Liability, law and disputes
Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. The service is not responsible for an authority decision or test result. Swedish law is intended to apply. Consumers retain access to the courts and alternative dispute resolution provided by mandatory rules.
