Accessibility
We want the service and purchase journey to work regardless of language, device or ability.
What we do
- Visible keyboard focus and semantic heading structure.
- Screen-reader semantics and support for text enlargement.
- Motion is reduced when the user selects reduced motion.
- Audio is complemented by text, summaries and sources.
- Practice feedback does not rely on colour alone.
Scope and status
This statement covers the public web app and the account, purchase and support journeys on redo-for-sverige.se. BeetleSense AB has documented that it is a microenterprise under section 2 of the Swedish Accessibility Act and that the service exemption in section 10 therefore applies. We continue to design toward WCAG 2.2 AA, but conformance has not been verified by an independent accessibility specialist.
Known limitations
An independent manual WCAG review with assistive-technology users is not yet complete, so we do not claim formal conformance. Automatically translated content may contain language errors. Pronunciation feedback requires a microphone and a modern browser. Some official UHR audio is streamed from an external site and may be affected by that site’s availability.
Report a problem
Describe the page, device, assistive technology and what did not work. Do not send sensitive information. We prioritise blocking issues and respond through the contact method you provide.
