Purchases, withdrawal and refunds

The essential consumer information before and after a purchase.

1. Who you buy from

BeetleSense AB · 559475-3088 · Brushanegatan 44, 331 42 Värnamo, Sweden · christo@beetlesense.com · +46 72 446 67 76

2. Price, payment and delivery

All consumer prices are displayed in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Payment is a one-time purchase through Stripe with no automatic renewal. The exact access period, included features and final price are shown before payment. Standard and student access may have different access periods. Digital access is activated after our servers verify a confirmed payment.

3. Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period beginning the day after the agreement is concluded. Special rules apply to digital content and digital services. If you expressly request immediate digital delivery, the withdrawal right may be affected or end only when the legal conditions are met. At checkout we record your express choice and the applicable terms version. This text never limits mandatory rights.

4. Defects, complaints and remedies

If the service is defective, missing or does not match what was agreed, you may complain. Describe the problem and when it occurred. Depending on the circumstances, mandatory consumer law may provide correction, replacement delivery, a price reduction or termination and repayment. Contact support before sending any sensitive information.

5. Refunds

When you are entitled to a refund, it is normally returned to the payment method used for the purchase. We do not charge an administration fee for a statutory refund. Stripe and your bank may affect when the amount becomes visible. Refunded or disputed access may be revoked after the payment event is verified.

6. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first so we can assess your claim. If we cannot agree, a consumer may, where applicable, refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a Swedish court. ARN decisions are recommendations and its own eligibility and value thresholds apply.
