Clear rules for a safe and respectful service.
1. About the service
Redo för Sverige is an independent learning and practice service operated by BeetleSense AB. It is not UHR, the Swedish Migration Agency or Lund University and is not endorsed by those organisations. The material supports preparation but does not guarantee an exam result or a citizenship decision.
2. Account and age
You may use the free section without an account. Sync and paid access require a correct email address and protection of your inbox. You must be at least 16 or use the service with guardian approval where required.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for personal learning, print your own results and share links to public pages. You may not copy in bulk, resell, scrape or republish the question library, or bypass access controls, payment, security or reasonable usage limits.
4. Content, sources and AI
Our questions, explanations, design and compilations are independently created. Official sources are cited where relevant. Machine translations and AI answers may contain errors and should be checked against the cited source. Legal and immigration matters should be directed to the responsible authority or a lawyer.
5. Payment and access
Paid access is paused while consumer-law, privacy and tax treatment are reviewed. When purchases open, checkout must show the final price, applicable tax treatment, access period and features before payment. One-time purchases provide the access described at purchase. Student access lasts for the stated period and requires valid verification. Stripe processes payment. Statutory consumer rights always apply.
6. Withdrawal, defects and refunds
Information about withdrawal rights and immediate digital delivery is shown before payment. If digital content or the service is defective, you have the remedies required by mandatory consumer law. A voluntary results guarantee applies only if it is explicitly shown at checkout with complete terms; no such guarantee should otherwise be assumed.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may improve, change or remove features, while material reductions to a paid service are handled under the contract and law. Planned maintenance is communicated where practical.
8. Liability and law
BeetleSense AB is liable to the extent required by mandatory Swedish law. The service does not replace official information or professional advice. Swedish law applies, and disputes may be considered by Swedish courts or the National Board for Consumer Disputes where applicable.
